Ms. Melvina, the housekeeper, maintained an impeccably clean room and was very accommodating to requests. The breakfast experience was elevated by Sasha's warm demeanor, and Ejay's attention to detail made dining a pleasure. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities such as the evening reception added great value.
